Data we collect
Your name, email, phone number, and the health details you share with us (weight, goals, dietary preferences and progress photos) when subscribing to CreaFitness.
Why we collect it
To build and adjust your meal plan, run your coaching, track your progress and manage your subscription. We never sell your data.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service — hosting, messaging and payment partners — and only what those providers need.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept for as long as required by law. Health data and progress photos are deleted when you close your account.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to creafitness@gmail.com and we respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Progress photos stay private to your account and are never shared without your permission.
